We have been operating 2 business centres in the centre of Livingston for over 10 years, providing serviced offices at Geddes House and self managed offices at Ochil House.

We know that moving office or starting up can be a challenging task. Our team are here to assist you with anything from changing the layout of an office or meeting utility companies on your behalf on those occasions where you may be busy elsewhere. We have a dedicated team of maintenance staff on hand to help as well.
Geddes House is a Business Centre encompassing 50 office suites. Once moved in we will promote your company internally.
We pride ourselves on the friendly atmosphere in Geddes House and the way in which our tenants will do what they can to help others within the building. It's good to know your neighbours.
