We have been tenants at Geddes House for over 4 years and in that time have found the owners, staff and other tenants a joy to work beside. Geddes House itself is ideally situated for all local amenities and also for access to the M8


Our business has been based at Geddes House for the last 11 years. The building is clean and well maintained, and the common spaces such as kitchens and breakout room are welcome bonuses. There is a meeting room which can be hired with free wi-fi and a number of our clients have commented very positively about this.

The staff are helpful and, on the odd occasion where there has been a problem, they have worked very hard to resolve it. They come across as both friendly and business-like when meeting and greeting our clients.

Tina makes a big effort to create an environment which is friendly, and where the businesses in the building have the opportunity to network with each other. We have worked in serviced offices in the past and generally they have been badly staffed, with high turnover and dreadful service. The standards at Geddes House have generally been very good and the staff very reliable

Our office has been in Geddes House since 2010. The office is clean, bright and spacious and the staff are friendly and efficient and provide excellent customer service. The building itself is well maintained and there’s ample car parking plus it’s handy for public transport.

It’s a very welcoming place for staff and visitors.
